KFC Unveils Five Avengers: Doomsday Colonel Sanders Collectible Figures

KFC Avengers: Doomsday Figures

KFC is joining the growing wave of Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Doomsday collectibles with a new global promotion that includes five limited-edition Colonel Sanders figurines, Doctor Doom-themed packaging and a full menu built around the Marvel villain.

The collaboration will roll out across more than 100 countries beginning November 9 in select markets and continue through January 2027. KFC calls it the largest global collaboration in the company’s history, with participating restaurants receiving a lineup of Doctor Doom-inspired food and drinks, in-store activations, limited-edition Avengers: Doomsday packaging and collectible figurines. One significant exception for American collectors is that KFC says the promotion will not be available in the United States. India and China are also excluded from the rollout.

The centerpiece is KFC’s new Colonel Sanders Cosplay Collection. Five different figurines will be available, each reimagining Colonel Sanders in a look inspired by an Avengers: Doomsday character. KFC has not identified all five designs in its announcement, but says customers in designated markets can receive one of the exclusive figures with any Doom menu purchase while supplies last.

The five-figure format gives the restaurant promotion a built-in collecting element, with fans needing multiple purchases or trades to complete the entire group. Availability will vary by market, and KFC specifically notes that the figurines will only be offered in designated regions rather than at every restaurant participating in the broader Avengers: Doomsday campaign.

The food packaging is also receiving a collectible makeover. Every Doomified menu item will be served in limited-edition packaging built around a dark, iron-riveted design featuring Doctor Doom’s mask and Avengers: Doomsday and KFC branding. The menu itself includes several items built around three new flavors: Doom Cola sauce, described as a sweet caramelized cola glaze with smoky barbecue notes; Smoky Green Mayo; and Doom Dust, a bright green seasoning combining smoky charred lime and chili.

KFC’s Doom Burger pairs chicken with lettuce, pickles, cheese, Doom Cola sauce and Smoky Green Mayo on a black sesame bun. Doom Dripped Wings are coated in the Doom Cola sauce, while the Doom Bucket comes with Doctor Doom-inspired dipping sauces and Doom Dust. Doom Loaded Fries add Smoky Green Mayo and Doom Cola sauce, with Popcorn Chicken available in some markets. The lineup continues with a Doom Shake made with vanilla, chocolate and peppermint sauce or green apple sauce, depending on the market, along with chocolate cookie crumbs. Doom Supreme Fizz combines sparkling lemonade, green apple syrup or kiwi and boba pearls for a green-and-black appearance. Masked Mozza Melts consist of three mozzarella sticks served with Smoky Green Mayo or Doom Cola sauce and Doom Dust. KFC says exact menu offerings will vary between participating markets.

The KFC release adds another fast-food collectible campaign to what has already become a busy run of Avengers: Doomsday promotions. As CollectiblesNews.com recently reported, Jack in the Box is launching eight Avengers: Doomsday collectible magnets that connect together like puzzle pieces, with one randomly packaged magnet included with each Doomsday Dipping Box.

Movie theaters are also preparing their own collectibles. Regal recently revealed an exclusive Doom’s Throne Popcorn Container and Sentinel Collectible Drink Vessel, both scheduled to arrive at select theaters beginning December 17. Hot Toys has taken the Sentinel theme much further with a nearly two-foot-tall Avengers: Doomsday Sentinel figure that includes interchangeable battle-damaged parts and a miniature Doctor Doom.

The latest wave follows a similarly large group of collectibles created around Marvel’s Avengers: Endgame Encore theatrical return earlier this year. CollectiblesNews.com previously covered the light-up Nano Gauntlet, Iron Man Mark 85 helmet and Arc Reactor popcorn collectibles produced for the rerelease, along with limited-edition foil mini posters distributed at select Regal screenings.

KFC’s promotion begins November 9 in select markets and will roll out across more than 100 countries through January 2027. KFC says the exact menu, packaging and collectible availability will vary by region, and the campaign will not be available in the United States, India or China.

Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Doomsday opens in theaters December 18.
