Sideshow Reveals New Mewtwo Statue and Gengar Diorama at PokémonXP 2026

Sideshow has unveiled two new Pokémon collectibles at PokémonXP 2026, giving fans their first look at an upcoming Mewtwo Statue and Gengar Diorama.

The reveals were made as PokémonXP and the 2026 Pokémon World Championships opened in San Francisco on August 28. Sideshow is exhibiting at the event throughout the weekend and is using its booth to showcase both upcoming and previously announced Pokémon collectibles.

The new Mewtwo Statue is based on the character’s animated appearance. Sideshow has not yet announced a price, dimensions or preorder date for the piece, but collectors can RSVP to be notified when it becomes available.

Gengar is also joining Sideshow’s Pokémon lineup with a new diorama centered on the Ghost/Poison Type. The company revealed the piece just ahead of the Halloween season and is similarly allowing collectors to sign up for notifications before it officially goes on sale.

While details on both new pieces remain limited, Sideshow is displaying them alongside several of its other high-end Pokémon collectibles at PokémonXP.

Among those is the Charizard Statue, which takes inspiration from the animated series and depicts Charizard soaring above swirling flames while unleashing an attack. Sideshow is also showcasing its Snorlax Diorama, which places several Pokémon around a leafy tree and pond as they snack on Oran, Sitrus, Tamato and Pecha berries.

Two life-size Pokémon pieces are part of the display as well. The Eevee Life-Size Figure shows Eevee moving through a field of colorful flowers, while the Pikachu Life-Size Figure recreates Pikachu’s animated appearance standing along a grassy travel route.

Fans attending PokémonXP can see the collectibles at Sideshow’s Booth #606 inside San Francisco’s Moscone Center. PokémonXP runs from August 28 through August 30 alongside the 2026 Pokémon World Championships.
