Cooper Flagg One-of-One Rookie Debut Patch Autograph Card Pulled in Rhode Island
The chase is over. Topps has confirmed that Cooper Flagg’s one-of-one Rookie Debut Patch Autograph card has been pulled in Rhode Island, just days after both Goldin and the Dallas Mavericks announced massive offers for whoever found the card.
The card was pulled by Rhody Breakers during a three-hobby-box break on Monday night.
“We HAD to come back to IG for this one – UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Cooper Flagg Rookie Debut Patch Auto 1/1!!!! Let’s goooo!!!” Rhody Breakers wrote in announcing the pull. According to the breaker, the card was hit for a client identified as J Phills.
Topps subsequently confirmed the discovery, writing on X: “BREAKING: The 1-of-1 Cooper Flagg Rookie Debut Patch Autograph card has just been found in Rhode Island.”
The card is the biggest chase from 2025-26 Topps Chrome Basketball Update and contains the NBA Debut patch worn by Flagg during his first regular-season game. The one-of-one card also carries his autograph.
$1.5 Million Goldin Offer Now Comes Into Play
The discovery immediately puts one of the hobby’s biggest standing offers into focus.
As CollectiblesNews.com reported August 7, Goldin is offering a $1.5 million cash advance to the owner if the card is consigned to the auction house. The $1.5 million is not an outright purchase price.
Goldin said it would advance that amount to the consignor and then take the card to auction. If collectors ultimately bid the card to $3 million, $4 million, $5 million or more, Goldin said that would mean additional upside for the consignor.
After the Flagg card was pulled, Goldin highlighted the discovery on Instagram and again pointed collectors toward the $1.5 million cash advance offer.
Mavericks Also Want the Card
Goldin is not the only party that has publicly made an offer for the one-of-one.
The Dallas Mavericks previously launched their own bounty built around 32 years of premium lower-level season tickets, matching Flagg’s No. 32 jersey.
The Mavericks’ proposed trade also includes a signed, game-worn jersey from Flagg’s rookie season, a postgame photograph with him, a private photo session with team trophies, a VIP tour of the Mavericks’ practice facility and a private basketball experience for the cardholder and nine guests.
The package also includes a road trip to watch the Mavericks play the Boston Celtics.
Unlike Goldin’s cash advance, the Mavericks offer was presented as a trade and did not assign a dollar value to the package.
Hobby’s Biggest Chase Finally Surfaces
Until Monday night, the whereabouts of the Flagg Rookie Debut Patch Autograph remained unknown. That changed when Rhody Breakers opened the card during its three-box hobby break in Rhode Island.
Now that the one-of-one has surfaced, attention shifts from the chase itself to what happens next. The owner can keep the card, consider the Mavericks’ bounty, potentially take Goldin up on its $1.5 million cash advance and send the card to public auction, or find another buyer entirely for the card.
