Topps Celebrates Kimi Antonelli’s Historic F1 Championship With 1-of-1 Autograph Card

Kimi Antonelli’s historic first Formula 1 World Championship is already getting the Topps NOW treatment, with Topps releasing a new card celebrating the Mercedes driver becoming the youngest world champion in F1 history. The 2026 Formula 1 Topps NOW Kimi Antonelli Card #71 is priced at $11.99 and is available for a limited sales window running from now through November 9. The release includes an open-edition base card, numbered foil parallels, Kimi Antonelli image variation short prints and a one-of-one autograph redemption card.
Antonelli secured the 2026 Formula 1 Drivers’ World Championship with a third-place finish in the Mexico City Grand Prix on November 1. At 20 years old, the Mercedes driver became the youngest Formula 1 World Champion in history, surpassing Sebastian Vettel’s previous age record. Formula 1 says Antonelli entered the race needing only a ninth-place finish to clinch the championship regardless of where his closest rivals finished, ultimately securing the title from the podium.
The biggest chase in Card #71 is the one-of-one Antonelli autograph redemption. Topps is also inserting image variation short prints and a traditional foil parallel lineup beginning with Green Foil cards numbered to 99. Gold Foil versions are limited to 50, Orange Foil to 25, Black Foil to 10 and Red Foil to five, while the standard foil rainbow ends with a one-of-one FoilFractor.
The card could gain another layer of scarce parallels if sales reach Topps NOW’s higher print-run thresholds. At 50,000 copies, Topps will unlock Chrome parallels numbered to 99 and 50 along with lower-numbered versions. A print run of 100,000 unlocks Chrome parallels numbered to 25, 10 and five, along with a one-of-one SuperFractor. Opal Chrome cards begin unlocking at 250,000 copies, while a 500,000-card print run would add a one-of-one White OpalFractor Chrome.
The timing makes the release particularly interesting for Antonelli collectors. As CollectiblesNews.com reported in October, a one-of-one Kimi Antonelli Topps Chrome Formula 1 SuperFractor rookie autograph sold for $878,400 at Goldin, establishing a major benchmark for the young driver’s cards before he had even secured his first Formula 1 championship.
Now Antonelli has added the sport’s biggest title to his résumé. Formula 1 says his Mexico City result made him the youngest driver ever to win the World Championship, while Mercedes notes that he became champion at 20 years and 68 days old. He also became the first Italian Formula 1 World Champion since Alberto Ascari in 1953.
The Kimi Antonelli 2026 Formula 1 Topps NOW Card #71 is available through November 9. Topps will announce the final print run after the sales window closes.
