LEGO Friends Reveals Three New 2027 Sets at Life-Size Unicorn Café
LEGO Friends is getting three new sets to start 2027, with the LEGO Group unveiling the upcoming releases inside a life-size Unicorn Café experience in London. The new sets are the Friendship Party Bus, Heartlake City Shopping Mall and Pet Care & Play Center, and all three are scheduled to launch worldwide on January 1, 2027 through LEGO Stores, LEGO.com and other retailers. LEGO revealed the trio as part of its Unicorn Café pop-up at Potters Fields Park in London, which is inspired by the LEGO Friends Unicorn Dream Café set and a scene from LEGO Friends: Heartlake The Musical.
The largest of the three new releases is the LEGO Friends Heartlake City Shopping Mall, an 843-piece set priced at $99.99 in the United States. The build includes Irene, Nova, Liann and Leo and features multiple shopping areas along with a working elevator and a working toy vending machine. When assembled, the mall measures more than 9 inches tall, 16 inches wide and 7.5 inches deep. The set carries product number 42719 and is designed for builders ages 7 and up.
The LEGO Friends Friendship Party Bus brings a more mobile setup to the lineup with a 676-piece build priced at $59.99. The set includes Leo, Allya, Liann, Daisy and Churro the cat, along with features such as a private pool, rooftop slide, karaoke microphones and a cupcake party setup. The completed model measures more than 6.5 inches tall, 8.5 inches long and 4 inches wide. The Friendship Party Bus carries product number 42718 and is also recommended for builders ages 7 and older.
Rounding out the January releases is the 366-piece LEGO Friends Pet Care & Play Center, priced at $49.99. The set includes Leo, Nova and Amara alongside Peanut the dog, Churro the cat, Brownie the bunny and Bubbles the axolotl. The build gives the pets several play features, including a slide, seesaw and brick-built cat tree. The finished model measures more than 5.5 inches tall, 8 inches long and 4 inches deep, and the set carries product number 42709.
LEGO’s London reveal goes beyond simply putting the upcoming sets on display. Visitors to the Unicorn Café pop-up can take part in building challenges and build-alongs, create a model to take home, explore themed areas and attend screenings and sing-along portions of LEGO Friends: Heartlake The Musical. The café itself creates a direct connection between the physical LEGO Friends sets and the brand’s entertainment side, with a version of the Unicorn Café appearing in the live-action musical and the London activation turning the setting into a full-size environment fans can enter.
LEGO Friends: Heartlake The Musical premiered October 16 and follows Daisy as she enters the world of Heartlake City. The LEGO Group describes it as the first live-action adaptation of LEGO Friends, and the Unicorn Café appears as the setting for the musical number “Heartlake Glow.” That makes the London pop-up part product reveal, part fan experience and part extension of the new LEGO Friends storyline.
All three newly revealed LEGO Friends sets will be released January 1, 2027.
