Topps Gives Brewers Diamond Parallel Cards in Championship Chains, With Matching Copies Going to Collectors

Brewers Diamond Parallel Cards

Topps has added another unusual chase to its Milwaukee Brewers 2026 World Series Champions Team Set, creating Diamond Parallel cards limited to just two copies for each player and splitting those copies between the players themselves and collectors.

According to Topps, every player in the championship team set has a Diamond Parallel trading card with only two copies in existence. One copy will be randomly inserted into a team set purchased by a collector, while the other is being presented directly to the corresponding Brewers player.

Topps took the player copies a step further for Milwaukee’s clubhouse celebration. Rather than simply handing out the cards, the company placed them inside diamond chains that were presented to the players during the championship festivities. Topps provided a look at the concept in action when 22-year-old Cooper Pratt received his Diamond Parallel during the clubhouse celebration.

“This is the coolest thing I think I’ve ever seen,” Pratt said after receiving the card and chain.

The Diamond Parallels are part of the same 2026 World Series Champions Milwaukee Brewers MLB Topps NOW team set that CollectiblesNews.com covered earlier today. The $69.99 release includes the 15-card base team set along with one guaranteed numbered parallel, image variation, autograph or autograph-relic.

The set already carries several major chase cards, including one-of-one multi-player autographs. As we detailed in our earlier coverage of the release, one collector will receive a redemption for a 1/1 triple autograph, while the checklist also includes additional multi-autograph and autograph-relic possibilities.

The new Diamond Parallel announcement adds a different type of scarcity. Instead of producing a traditional low-numbered parallel solely for collectors, Topps has effectively created a matching pair tied directly to each player, with one staying with the World Series champion and the other available to someone opening the commemorative set.

Topps’ Brewers World Series Champions Team Set is currently available through the Topps website. The company lists the product at $69.99, with the sales window running through November 5.
