Kobe Bryant-LeBron James Dual Logoman Autograph Card Sells for Record $6.50 Million
One of the most significant Kobe Bryant and LeBron James cards ever produced has sold for $6.50 million at Alt. The one-of-one 2007-08 Upper Deck Exquisite Collection Dual Logoman Autographs card realized $6,501,840 in Alt’s September auction. The card pairs Bryant and James on the same piece, with game-worn NBA Logoman patches from both players and blue-ink autographs signed directly on the card. LeBron also added his No. 23 inscription beneath his signature.
The card is graded PSA 8, while the autographs received a perfect 10 grade. Its one-of-one designation means there is no second copy of this exact 2007-08 Exquisite card, making the combination of Bryant, James, two game-used Logoman patches and two autographs especially difficult to duplicate.
Its path to the auction block was unusual as well. The card reportedly spent nearly 20 years ungraded in a private collection before resurfacing in 2026. It was submitted to PSA this summer and received its PSA 8 grade before being consigned to Alt, bringing a card that had largely remained outside the public market into one of the year’s biggest basketball card auctions.
Alt called the $6,501,840 result a record sale. The price also places the card among the most expensive basketball cards ever sold publicly and represents one of the largest known sales involving either Bryant or James. There is an especially notable comparison within the same 2007-08 Exquisite Collection. A one-of-one Dual Logoman Autographs card featuring Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant sold for $12.932 million at Heritage Auctions in August 2025, establishing a record for a sports card. Like the Bryant-James card, that piece contained two NBA Logoman patches and autographs from a pair of basketball icons.
Exquisite Collection has long occupied a special place in the modern basketball card market because of its premium construction, limited production, autographs and high-end game-used memorabilia. Dual Logoman cards sit near the top of that hierarchy, particularly when the checklist pairs two players with the stature of Bryant and James.
The timing of the 2007-08 card adds another layer to its appeal. Bryant won the only NBA Most Valuable Player award of his career during the 2007-08 season, while James captured his only NBA scoring title that same year. The card therefore comes from a season in which both players were simultaneously at defining points in their careers.
What ultimately separates this card from most high-dollar modern basketball cards is the concentration of major features on a single one-of-one: Kobe Bryant, LeBron James, two game-worn NBA logo patches, two on-card autographs and an Upper Deck Exquisite pedigree.
