Grand Theft Auto VI Vice City Collector’s Box With 11 Physical Items Revealed by Rockstar Games

Rockstar Games has opened pre-orders for a new Grand Theft Auto VI collectible box packed with everything from a Macca the Gator figure and Oakley sunglasses to a razor blade keychain and Chunkee the Manatee shot glass. Grand Theft Auto VI: The Goodtime State – Vice City Collection is a limited-edition set inspired by Macca the Gator, the star of a hit television show inside the fictional state of Leonida. The collection is scheduled to arrive November 19 and will be available only while supplies last.

At the center of the box is a six-inch Macca the Gator figure with a hidden stash compartment. Rockstar has paired the figure with a set of matte black GTAVI Oakley Frogskins sunglasses featuring Prizm Sapphire lenses and a New Era 9FORTY A-Frame snapback hat decorated with Vice City and Leonida details.

The rest of the box leans much harder into the strange souvenir-shop side of Vice City. There is a Macca the Gator magnetic mirror, a Vice City swizzle spoon, a Vice City razor blade keychain and a Leonida Keys crossbody bag. Chunkee the Manatee gets his own shot glass, while a Leonida Keys enamel pin set comes packaged inside a custom metal tin. Rockstar is also including premium stickers presented in a stash bag. Rounding out the collection is a double-sided souvenir poster showing the full Leonida landscape.

That gives the set 11 physical items in all: Macca the Gator figure, Oakley Frogskins sunglasses, New Era snapback, Macca magnetic mirror, swizzle spoon, razor blade keychain, crossbody bag, shot glass, enamel pin set, sticker pack and the double-sided poster.

One important detail: Grand Theft Auto VI itself is not included. Rockstar specifically notes that the game is sold separately, so The Goodtime State – Vice City Collection is a standalone merchandise and collectibles release rather than a special edition of the game.

The collection gives Rockstar a chance to turn some of GTA VI’s fictional brands, characters and locations into real objects before players even begin exploring Leonida. Instead of relying mostly on conventional logo merchandise, the box is presented almost like a collection of souvenirs brought back from Vice City and the Leonida Keys. The Macca figure, Chunkee shot glass and deliberately over-the-top Vice City accessories all extend pieces of the game’s world into physical merchandise.

And this apparently will not be the end of Rockstar’s GTA VI merchandise plans. The company says more apparel and collectibles from the Grand Theft Auto VI Collection are coming to the Rockstar Store. Additional details about pre-orders in Asia, Latin America and Australia will also be announced later.
