Limited-Edition Spider-Man Final Swing Figure With Letter to MJ Revealed by Hot Toys
Hot Toys is revisiting the final moments of Spider-Man: No Way Home with a new 1/6-scale Spider-Man figure based on Peter Parker’s red-and-blue “Final Swing” suit. The Deluxe Version is limited to 3,500 pieces worldwide and includes several accessories pulled directly from the movie’s ending, including Peter’s takeaway coffee cup and his handwritten letter to MJ.
That letter is one of the more unusual pieces in the set. Rather than simply loading the figure with web effects and interchangeable hands, Hot Toys has leaned into the emotional side of the movie’s finale, when Peter decides not to tell MJ about their past together.
The figure itself stands about 11.2 inches tall and has 30 points of articulation. Hot Toys gave Peter an upgraded, bulkier body and used elastic fabric for the red-and-blue suit to allow for more movement when posing the figure. Collectors get two different head options. The unmasked Tom Holland headsculpt features Hot Toys’ separate rolling-eyeball system, while the masked head comes with four pairs of interchangeable eye pieces to change Spider-Man’s expression.
The set also includes 10 interchangeable hands, six spider-web effects in different shapes and lengths, and a separate Spider-Man mask that Peter can hold.
The Deluxe Edition goes a step further with a snowy New York diorama base inspired by the movie’s final swing sequence. It includes a brick wall covered in snow, a utility ladder and graphic posters that can be applied to the display.
That winter setting is a big part of the release. The figure is specifically based on the homemade suit Peter wears at the very end of No Way Home, after the world has forgotten who he is and he has started over on his own.
Hot Toys has released several versions of Tom Holland’s Spider-Man over the years, but this one is built around a very specific moment rather than another battle scene or upgraded suit. With only 3,500 being produced worldwide, the Final Swing Suit Deluxe Version also has a much smaller announced production number than a typical open-order Hot Toys release.
