Relatable Teams With NFL for New Emotional Support Pals

Relatable is taking its Emotional Support Pals into sports for the first time with a new collection of officially licensed NFL plush collectibles. The Emotional Support NFL Footballs feature 12 NFL teams, with each set containing five removable plush footballs decorated in team colors. The footballs come together inside a plush football field basket designed for display, gifting or keeping nearby on game day.
The initial lineup covers the San Francisco 49ers, Chicago Bears, Dallas Cowboys, Detroit Lions, Green Bay Packers, Kansas City Chiefs, Las Vegas Raiders, New England Patriots, Philadelphia Eagles, Pittsburgh Steelers, Buffalo Bills and Denver Broncos. Each team gets its own five-piece set rather than the collection mixing different clubs together, giving NFL fans a new character-based alternative to more traditional team merchandise.
The collaboration marks the first time Relatable has taken its Emotional Support Pals concept into officially licensed sports products. The brand has previously expanded beyond its original plush offerings through licensed collaborations in food and entertainment. “Partnering with the NFL is a major milestone for Relatable and a testament to how far the Emotional Support Pals brand has come,” Relatable Chief Commercial Officer Karen Branson said in announcing the collection.
The company has built the Emotional Support Pals line around small plush characters designed with a humorous approach to comfort, and the NFL versions carry that idea into football fandom. Relatable is pitching them as something fans can turn to when their team’s game does not exactly go according to plan.
The Emotional Support NFL Footballs are priced at $17.99 per set and became available for preorder through Amazon beginning September 1. Relatable says the NFL partnership is part of a broader expansion of Emotional Support Pals into new product categories and licensed collaborations. Whether additional NFL teams eventually join the first 12 was not announced.
