Pokémon TCG Mega Forces Tins Arrive With Mega Dragonite ex, Mega Darkrai ex and Mega Zeraora ex

Three new Mega Evolution Pokémon ex are taking center stage in the latest Pokémon Trading Card Game tin release. The Pokémon TCG: Mega Forces Tin launches August 28 with collectors able to choose between Mega Dragonite ex, Mega Darkrai ex and Mega Zeraora ex.

Each version of the tin comes with a foil promo card featuring the Pokémon shown on the front. Pokémon describes Mega Dragonite ex through its “majestic wings,” Mega Darkrai ex through its “terrifying gaze,” and Mega Zeraora ex through its “lightning-fast reflexes,” with all three built around powerful attacks capable of dealing heavy damage.

The promo card is only part of what is inside. Every Mega Forces Tin also contains four Pokémon TCG booster packs, giving buyers additional cards to open alongside the featured Mega Evolution Pokémon ex. A code card for Pokémon TCG Live rounds out the contents.

The three-tin format also gives sealed-product collectors a small set to put together. Rather than one universal design, the Mega Forces release is split among Mega Dragonite ex, Mega Darkrai ex and Mega Zeraora ex, with each tin carrying its corresponding foil promo.

The Mega Forces Tin is part of Pokémon’s continued push into Mega Evolution-themed products, but this particular release keeps things simple: one featured foil promo, four booster packs and a reusable character tin.

The Pokémon TCG: Mega Forces Tin will be available beginning August 28, 2026, wherever Pokémon TCG products are sold.
