Build-A-Bear Debuts First Full-Size Lloromannic Plush With New Sanrio Halloween Collection

Build-A-Bear Workshop is expanding its Sanrio lineup for Halloween with a pair of characters that have never before been offered as full-size plush by a retailer in the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland and Canada. Berry and Cherry, the mischievous duo collectively known as Lloromannic, are making their Build-A-Bear debut as part of the company’s new Sanrio Halloween Collection. The plush are available now exclusively through Build-A-Bear Workshop locations and online.

Berry, recognizable by his ram horns and darker styling, is described by Build-A-Bear as a favorite among collectors drawn to Sanrio’s edgier characters. Cherry joins him with her distinctive pink appearance and similarly mischievous personality. Berry and Cherry were introduced in 2007 as part of the Cinnamoroll universe. Their name, Lloromannic, is “Cinnamoroll” spelled backward, reflecting their origins in a world beyond a magical mirror that serves as a counterpart to Cinnamoroll’s world. The pair are known for their gothic-inspired look, playful pranks and rivalry with Cinnamoroll and his friends.

The Halloween collection doesn’t stop with the two newcomers. Build-A-Bear is also releasing Spooky Webs Cinnamoroll, a seasonal version of the floppy-eared character with spiderweb-inspired Halloween details, and Starry Sky Hello Kitty, which gives Hello Kitty a celestial-themed look for the season.

Collectors can personalize the new plush with outfits, scents, sounds and accessories through the standard Build-A-Bear experience, creating different versions of the same character rather than being limited to one preconfigured release.

The Sanrio Halloween Collection featuring Berry, Cherry, Spooky Webs Cinnamoroll and Starry Sky Hello Kitty is available now at participating Build-A-Bear Workshop locations and online, with the collection offered while supplies last.
