Mystery Avengers: Doomsday Collectible 3D Glasses Being Offered by Cinemark at Fan Event

Cinemark is giving Marvel fans a new collectible to chase with a special Avengers: Doomsday RealD 3D Fan Event scheduled for December 20. Moviegoers attending the event will receive a pair of collectible 3D glasses featuring one of five mystery universe logos.

Cinemark announced the promotion as tickets for Avengers: Doomsday went on sale, telling fans that the special RealD 3D screening will include the collectible glasses.

Because each pair features one of five mystery logos, fans will not know which design they receive until the event. That gives the promotion a blind-box-style collecting element, with five different versions available to potentially collect.

The glasses will be distributed as part of the December 20 Avengers: Doomsday RealD 3D Fan Event at participating Cinemark locations. While Cinemark has not officially identified the five universe logos in its announcement, leaving their designs as part of the mystery, they did reveal a pretty big clue.

Cinemark teased, “Which universe will you represent: The Avengers, Black Panther, X-Men, Fantastic Four, or the elusive Dr. Doom.”

For Marvel collectors, the promotion adds a physical souvenir to the theatrical release and gives fans another limited event item to hunt alongside other Avengers: Doomsday merchandise.

Tickets for Avengers: Doomsday and the RealD 3D Fan Event are on sale now through Cinemark.
