Rare Physical Bitcoin and Dogecoin Collectibles Head to Heritage Auctions

Physical cryptocurrency collectibles are taking center stage at Heritage Auctions, with rare Bitcoin and Dogecoin pieces among the highlights of the upcoming Otoh Collection, Part VIII sale.
Heritage’s ANA Physical Cryptocurrency featuring The Otoh Collection, Part VIII World Coins Platinum Session and Signature Auction is scheduled for September 3 and will feature 95 lots from the collection.
Among the featured pieces is a BTCC silver Proof Loaded 1 Bitcoin from 2017 graded PR69 Ultra Cameo by NGC. Heritage said the S Series physical Bitcoin had a mintage of just 100. The example in the auction is graded at the highest level recorded by NGC, with only five other examples sharing the grade in the census.
Another Bitcoin collectible is a Lealana gilt silver Proof Loaded “Gold B” 0.001 Bitcoin from 2013, graded PR68 Ultra Cameo by NGC. The Lealana variety had a mintage of 200 and features a gold-plated Bitcoin “B,” green firstbits and a green address.

Heritage described the piece as representing an early chapter in the development of physical cryptocurrency collectibles, combining a precious-metal format with elements of early physical Bitcoin production, including a public-address identifier and hologram.
The auction also includes a Polymerbit Ltd. “250 Years of Freedom” Loaded Cold Storage Document containing 0.0025 Bitcoin. The 2026 issue is graded Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ by PMG with an America 250 label and commemorates the 250th anniversary of the United States’ Declaration of Independence. Heritage said only 100 were produced.
10,000 Dogecoin Physical Token Also Offered
Dogecoin collectors will also have a notable piece to chase. Heritage is offering a Crypto Imperator zinc alloy “Doge” Loaded 10,000 DOGE token dated 2014 and graded MS66 by NGC. The token features the Doge meme associated with Dogecoin.
Heritage described the piece as a physical relic of internet culture and said it gives collectors interested in Dogecoin an opportunity to acquire a tangible cryptocurrency collectible.
Otoh Collection Returns for Eighth Installment
The September auction marks the eighth installment of the Otoh, or “On the Other Hand,” Collection. The collection was first offered through Heritage in October 2023, with its most recent installment taking place in April 2026.
“Physical cryptocurrency has developed into an increasingly established collecting category due to the broader evolution of digital currency and its ability to give individuals greater control over how assets are received, held and transferred,” Heritage Executive Vice President of International Numismatics Cris Bierrenbach said.
Bierrenbach said the Otoh Collection represents “an important chapter in numismatics history as a physical legacy of early and distinguished varieties of physical Bitcoin.”
