PSA Launches SlabGuard Protectors for Graded Cards

PSA has introduced SlabGuard, a new accessory designed to add protection and personalization to PSA-graded cards.

The flexible outer guard fits around a PSA holder, allowing collectors to change the appearance of their slabs without altering the graded card or its label.

“PSA SlabGuard is here with the power to add even more personalization, customization, and protection to your collection,” PSA said in announcing the product.

SlabGuard is available through the PSA Team Store for $12.99 each. PSA listed the product as in stock and ready to ship at the time of its launch.

Collectors can choose from 15 color options: Aqua, Shadow, Leaf, Flare, Inferno, Bolt, Hydro, Jet, PSY, Blaze, Spark, Ember, Wisp, Hex and Phantom.

The different colors give collectors the option to coordinate a holder with a card’s design, team colors, character or display theme.

The launch gives PSA collectors an official alternative to third-party slab bumpers and protective accessories already used to customize graded-card displays.
