Pokémon Reveals August 2026 TCG Product Release Schedule

The Pokémon Company International has announced three Pokémon Trading Card Game products scheduled to arrive during August 2026.

The month’s releases include the third First Partner Illustration Collection, a new Mega Forces Tin assortment and tins containing booster packs from the special Mega Evolution—Ascended Heroes expansion.

First Partner Illustration Collection Series 3

The Pokémon TCG: First Partner Illustration Collection—Series 3 will be released on August 7.

Each collection contains a special booster pack with three of nine illustration rare-style promotional cards featuring first partner Pokémon from the Hoenn, Kalos or Paldea regions.

The collection also includes two additional Pokémon TCG booster packs and a sticker sheet featuring first partner Pokémon.

The release continues a series celebrating the Pokémon that Trainers select at the beginning of their journeys.

Pokémon TCG Mega Forces Tin

The Pokémon TCG: Mega Forces Tin will arrive on August 28 with three featured Pokémon choices.

Collectors can select a tin featuring Mega Dragonite ex, Mega Darkrai ex or Mega Zeraora ex.

Each tin contains the featured Mega Evolution Pokémon ex card and four Pokémon TCG booster packs.

Mega Evolution—Ascended Heroes Tin

Also arriving on August 28 is the Pokémon TCG: Mega Evolution—Ascended Heroes Tin.

The tins will be available with Mega Meganium ex, Mega Emboar ex or Mega Feraligatr ex.

Each version includes the featured Pokémon ex card and four booster packs from the special Mega Evolution—Ascended Heroes expansion.

Pokémon said the August products will be available through the Pokémon Center and other retailers that sell Pokémon TCG products as they are released.
