Mo Bamba Opening Card Shop in Austin, Texas

NBA star Mo Bamba is preparing to open a new sports card and collectibles shop in Austin, Texas, the city where he began his college basketball career.

The business, called Mo Bamba Cards & Collectibles, was announced as more than a traditional card store.

“This isn’t just a new channel, this isn’t just a new card shop,” the announcement said. “We’re building a community with collectors, athletes and true fans of the hobby.”

The official Mo Bamba Collects website says the store will carry trading card singles, sealed wax and memorabilia. It will also offer grading services, purchase collections from customers and host events.

The shop is being developed as a gathering place for Austin collectors, whether they are searching for high-end cards, vintage Pokémon cards, rookie autographs or newly released boxes.

Mo Bamba’s personal collection will also be part of the project. The website promises an initial look at some of his personal grails, with a more complete reveal planned when the store launches.

The business also says Mo Bamba will be joined by other athletes and collectors. Orlando Magic guard Cole Anthony is specifically named as one of the collectors involved, with additional participants expected to be revealed.

The store’s online catalog currently previews several upcoming products, including 2026 Topps Chrome Baseball, 2025-26 Topps Inception Basketball, 2026 VeeFriends Chrome, 2025 Topps Inception Baseball and 2026 Topps Tier One Baseball.

Mo Bamba Cards & Collectibles will be located at 2350 Guadalupe Street in Austin. The website lists planned daily hours of 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., although an exact opening date has not yet been announced.

Collectors can follow the project through the Mo Bamba Collects website and its Instagram account for opening updates.
