Build-A-Bear Launches New Harry Potter Collection With Hogwarts House Mini Beans

Build-A-Bear Workshop is celebrating Harry Potter’s birthday with a new collection of plush, clothing and accessories inspired by the Wizarding World.
The collection launched July 30 online and at participating Build-A-Bear Workshop locations, one day before Harry Potter’s birthday on July 31.
New additions include a Harry Potter Bear, sweater fashions inspired by Harry and Ron, and a lineup of Mini Beans plush based on the mascots of the four Hogwarts houses.
The Mini Beans collection features the Gryffindor Lion, Ravenclaw Raven, Hufflepuff Badger and Slytherin Snake.
Returning items include Hogwarts house robes and scarves, Hogwarts school uniform fashions, a Sorting Hat with sound, a light-up wand with sound, a Firebolt broom wristie and a Harry Potter Bear Carrier.
Build-A-Bear said the collection combines Harry Potter characters and accessories with its make-your-own plush experience, allowing fans to create personalized items tied to their favorite Hogwarts house.
The launch arrives during the 25th anniversary year of Harry Potter and ahead of the upcoming Harry Potter television series scheduled to debut on HBO Max this Christmas.
Build-A-Bear is also holding a giveaway for fans in the United States and United Kingdom.
Entries open July 31 and run through August 7. Fans can participate by following the instructions in a giveaway post published on Build-A-Bear’s official social media channels. One winner will be selected in the United States and one in the United Kingdom.
The U.S. grand-prize winner will receive four standard tickets to Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood, four round-trip airline tickets, a two-night hotel stay and a private VIP Build-A-Bear Workshop experience.
The U.K. winner will receive a private VIP Build-A-Bear Workshop experience and four personalized Hogwarts house robes.
Additional eligibility requirements and official rules will be released when the giveaway opens July 31.
