Topps Replaces National Wrapper Redemptions With Exclusive NSCC Card Boxes

Topps has replaced its traditional wrapper-redemption packs at the National Sports Collectors Convention with a new convention-exclusive Chrome card collection sold through daily drawings.

The 2026 Topps NSCC Collection is available only at The National and covers MLB, NBA, Football, WWE, UEFA and Star Wars. Instead of opening qualifying Topps products and exchanging wrappers for promotional packs, collectors must enter EQL drawings for the opportunity to purchase boxes at the Topps booth.

The collection features athletes and entertainment characters from across Topps’ licensed properties. Collectors can chase cards featuring Shohei Ohtani, Cooper Flagg, Victor Wembanyama, LeBron James, Jaxson Dart, Lamine Yamal, CM Punk and The Mandalorian.

Autograph cards and one-of-one SuperFractors are included in the collection.

The release includes a new NSCC Annual Refractor numbered to 26, along with additional sequentially numbered base and autograph parallels. Preview images show several Chrome treatments, including Gold, Red, Orange, Black and RayWave Refractors.

The boxes cannot be ordered through Topps’ regular online store. Convention attendees must enter the daily EQL drawings by scanning a QR code at Topps booth No. 555.

Morning drawings open during the first hour of each show day. Selected collectors will receive an email giving them the opportunity to purchase available products later that day. Topps is also holding afternoon entry periods tied to the following day’s product drop.

Winners must collect and purchase their boxes in person. A valid government-issued photo ID matching the information used for the entry is required, and purchase opportunities cannot be transferred.

Collectors are limited to one box of each product SKU during the convention, although they may be selected to purchase different products. Participants must be at least 18 years old.
