Replay Sports Cards is returning to the National Sports Collectors Convention with a week of card giveaways, charitable donations and collector activities across the Chicago area.

The company is attending the 2026 National, which runs from July 29 through August 2 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois. Replay said its plans will place its Replay Gives Back program at the center of its convention presence.

Replay began the week on July 28 with a sports trivia event ahead of the Chicago White Sox game against the New York Yankees at Rate Field. Participants had the chance to win $1,000 worth of White Sox and Yankees trading cards.

On July 29, Replay plans to visit the outpatient clinic at La Rabida Children’s Hospital from 11 AM to 1 PM The company said its team would distribute packs of donated trading cards to children and families visiting the clinic.

Replay will also place donation stations throughout the VIP Trade Night Lounge at The National. Collectors can use the stations to donate used or unwanted trading cards during the convention.

The company said donated cards are sorted into 25-card packs that include one or two chase cards before being distributed to children through community partnerships. The packs may include cards from Upper Deck, Leaf, Topps and Panini, along with Pokémon cards.

Replay Gives Back has collected more than 3 million donated trading cards since the program launched in November 2024. Donations are accepted throughout the year at Replay Sports Cards stores or through the mail.

Replay will also be active on the convention floor with live sports card breaks, card trading and content created for its Whatnot and TikTok channels. Representatives will be available to speak with collectors and industry partners about the company’s franchise program.

Replay Sports Cards describes itself as the first national sports card shop franchise. The company currently operates five stores in the United States and offers buying, selling, trading and grading services.

Originally founded as One Stop Sports, Replay said its goal is to combine card shop retail with community programs and live online selling.
