Cardsmiths Reveals Comic-Con 2026 Exclusive Trading Card Releases

Cardsmiths is bringing a lineup of exclusive trading card releases to Comic-Con International 2026 in San Diego.

The company announced that it will offer limited-edition trading cards and promotional cards during the convention, which runs July 22-26. Attendees can find the releases at the Cardsmiths booth #2445.

This year’s convention lineup is led by the Currency 2026 Convention Exclusive Refractor Pack. The pack features five unique designs, six Gemstone Refractor variations and the chance to find Cryptocurrency Redemption Cards. According to Cardsmiths, the redemption cards can include major hits up to 0.1 Bitcoin.

Select packs may also include Currency Series 5 Gemstone Refractor cards, along with additional surprise chase cards produced in limited quantities.

Cardsmiths will also offer exclusives based on entertainment properties. The Rocky 50th Anniversary Convention Exclusive Refractor Card is a serialized trading card limited to 1,976 pieces, a number chosen to honor the original release year of Rocky. The card will also have Gemstone Refractor variants, including Onyx, Sapphire, Gold, Ruby, Silver and Emerald.

The company is also releasing a Street Fighter Alpha Japanese Cherry Blossom Gemstone Refractor Card inspired by Capcom’s classic fighting game. The Japanese-language edition features character designs with localized names and descriptions.

Cardsmiths said attendees will also have the chance to receive exclusive Cold Foil Promo Cards created for Comic-Con. The promotional lineup includes a Currency 2026 Convention Exclusive Cold Foil Promo Card and a Betty Boop 2026 Convention Exclusive Cold Foil Promo Card. Both will be available only while supplies last.

Cardsmiths said the Comic-Con lineup will include Gemstone Refractor chase cards, Cold Foil promotional cards and convention-only releases tied to Currency, Rocky, Street Fighter Alpha and Betty Boop.
