Ryan Reynolds Buys A Hugh Jackman Best Bubs Autograph Card For $800 at Fanatics Fest

Ryan Reynolds picked up a very fitting autograph card at Fanatics Fest.

Reynolds shared on Instagram that he bought a Hugh Jackman Best Bubs autograph card for $800 at Fanatics Fest, proving that it wasn’t only sports cards selling for big bucks at Fanatics Fest.

Reynolds went up to a card dealer at the show and shared, “It’s my first Fanatics Fest. I’m a virgin.” Reynolds then revealed that he was looking for My Best Bubs inserts. After the card dealer revealed that he had three very nice ones, Reynolds pointed straight at the Hugh Jackman Best Bubs autograph card, asking what the dealer wanted.

The dealer said he was asking $1,000, which led Reynolds to jokingly counter with a $2,000 offer. Reynolds then got distracted by a Hugh Jackman and Ryan Reynolds Dual Autographed Inscription Booklet, wanting to know how much it went for. After the dealer helped get the actual owner of the card on the phone, Reynolds learned it was a $57,000 card. Reynolds joked that he had tried to run away with it after he signed it, but they tasered him.

Reynolds then returned to his negotiations for the Hugh Jackman Best Bubs Autograph card, offering $800, a Dogpool, a Purple Parallel, and that he would make a little insignia sign on one of the Deadpool cards. The card dealer agreed and the deal was done.

The card comes from 2025 Topps Chrome Deadpool, a release built around Deadpool, Wolverine and the larger world of the character.

Reynolds and Jackman have spent years turning their friendship and mock rivalry into part of the Deadpool and Wolverine brand. A Best Bubs autograph card fits that relationship almost too perfectly. It is now part of the Fanatics Fest weekend and another small chapter in one of pop culture’s most collectible bromances.
