Fanny Pack The Rock Figure Joins Walmart Collector Con Lineup

One of The Rock’s most famous throwback looks is getting the action figure treatment for Walmart Collector Con.
The item is listed by Walmart as Fanny Pack Rock, and preview coverage for the July 2026 Walmart Collector Con lineup identifies it as a WWE Elite Collection figure based on a Nineties-era version of The Rock. The figure features the look wrestling fans have turned into a meme over the years, including the fanny pack, turtleneck and full head of hair.
The figure is designed in 6-inch scale includes the fanny pack, silver chain, black turtleneck and full head of hair. It also features deluxe 25-point articulation, TrueFX detailing, swappable hands and a swappable face, giving collectors multiple display options.
This is not a championship entrance look or a modern ring gear figure. It is a figure built around one of the most recognizable pre-WWE superstar images of Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, long before he became one of the biggest names in wrestling and entertainment.
The added articulation gives the figure more than a static novelty angle. With 25 points of articulation, collectors can pose the figure for signature moves, display shots or meme-inspired setups. The swappable hands and face also give the release more flexibility than a basic display figure.
TrueFX technology is used for the facial detailing, which Mattel says helps create lifelike features and adds to the collectability.
The figure is priced at $26.97 in the Collector Con preview. That puts it in the standard retail range for a WWE Elite-style release.
Walmart Collector Con has become a regular landing spot for exclusive and collector-focused toys across action figures, pop culture and entertainment brands.
